In 2005 Ian made the decision to make his successes his own purchasing Douglas Printing. Due to Ian’s management skills and the respect he garners in the industry he was quickly followed by some of the most successful trades, sales and management people in the print industry which make up the team of visionaries that make Douglas Printing the success it is today.

With a 21 year history of production and management skills Ian has taken Douglas Printing from a printing company of 22 employees with limited capacity to a full capacity print and mail facility with over 70 dedicated employees. In 2008 Ian incorporated the Burke Group of Companies consisting of; Douglas Printing, Douglas XPress, Maximum Imaging and Target Advantage.
